**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures related to PEB construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or violations.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address safety concerns and develop corrective actions.
- Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors on PEB construction sites.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, with specific experience in PEB construction preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, ANSI, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety management software.
