**About Us**:

It will be 5 days working (Monday
- Friday).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our brand objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct website audit, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

**On-Page and Off-Page Optimization**:

- Implement on-page optimization techniques, including keyword optimization, meta tag optimization, and content optimization, to improve website rankings and visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Execute off-page optimization strategies such as link building, guest blogging, and social media engagement to enhance domain authority and credibility.

**Technical SEO**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact website performance and search engine crawlability, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, URL structure, and schema markup implementation.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations.

**Content Strategy and Optimization**:

- Develop and optimize content strategies to support SEO goals, including creating high-quality, keyword-rich content for website, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Conduct content audits and optimization to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and target keywords.
- Collaborate with content team to ensure SEO-friendly content is consistently created and updated.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software (like SEMRush).
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our clients' SEO strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of Proven track record of success in implementing SEO strategies and driving results, with demonstrable experience in improving search engine rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, among others.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Young Urban Project certifications) and/or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
