This faculty would need to have a good knowledge of using the computer (software called Maya and 3Ds Max) for animation. A person with strong classical, hand drawn animation skills is a big plus. Since ZICA teaches both classical and computer animation, it would be nice if the faculty has knowledge of the same.

This faculty needs to be able to animate, but it would be nice if this person has a working knowledge of the other skills in the computer animation process, namely, modeling, texturing, rigging (especially because of the strong links with animation), lighting and rendering. Knowledge of VFX is not necessary.

**Key Result Area**:

- Provide theoretical and practical training to students as per the curriculum
- Mentor students in preparing student Portfolio and short Film
- Provide quality Training so student dropout is controlled
- Conduct Seminar and workshops at the center 60
- Give technical presentation at institutes or colleges.
- Mentor student activities
- Conduct internal student examinations
- Coordinate for the student placement **Ideal Requirement**:
3D animation training experience of 0-2 years.
- Classical animation working knowledge is a big plus.
