Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.

2. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and answer their questions about features and benefits.

3. Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment with our sales team.

4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

5. Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

6. Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call.

7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

9. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for 1-2 years.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

4. Persuasive and confident speaking abilities.

5. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
