**Job Summary**

In the position of Principal of GATIK, your primary focus will be on academic matters. You will be responsible to develop academic strategy in line with Gatik vision and philosophy that keeps Gatik at the forefront of education for intermediate students. The Principal of the College is expected to build, lead and inspire the middle management team and staff among other duties. He/ She is expected to nurture and develop strong relationships with and among faculty, staff and management.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The Principal plays a key role in policy making of the organization in-line with the vision and mission of the organization and ensures these policies are strictly adhered to by the staff and students, so they share the same values as the organization. He/she is expected to innovate new ideas to help getting students engaged in multiple areas and encourage them to have open discussions with staff and management that would help them build strong interpersonal skills.

You will also be involved actively in developing strategy for admissions of students into college, conducting market research and sessions to increase awareness among target audience. Make proposals to the Management regarding the educational character, activities, and mission of the College. Ensure that the Management is fully engaged in all strategic decisions which affect the mission and character of the College and implement the decisions of the Management..

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Relevant work: 5 years (required)

**Skills required**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Telugu
- Proficiency in MS Office skills
- Proven experience in Intermediate Colleges
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios.
