**Job description**:
A VMC programmer operates and programs a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to produce metal parts. They also monitor the machine to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Operate and set up the VMC
- Program the VMC in 2D and 3D
- Load and unload materials onto the machine
- Adjust machine tools as needed
- Verify machine settings and program control data
- Post programs to the machine
- Set controls for speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut
- Monitor the production process
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting

Skills and experience
- Proficiency in operating VMC machines
- Experience with CNC programming
- Understanding of machining techniques
- Attention to detail and precision
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Delcam - Powermill software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
