**MTS Roles and Responsibilities**
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) employees have a variety of roles and responsibilities that are essential to the smooth functioning of the office. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, moving files and papers, maintaining office records, sending faxes, making photocopies, assisting with routine office work, assisting with computer work, cleaning rooms and furniture, delivering posts or mail, and performing watch and ward duties.

These responsibilities are crucial to ensure that the office functions effectively and efficiently. MTS employees are required to be hardworking and diligent, and they play a key role in maintaining a professional and organized work environment.

Physical Maintenance of records of the Section.
Helping to operate in routine workplaces, and on the computers, such as a diary, dispatch, etc.
Courier delivery outside the building.
Carrying files & other papers within the building.
Photocopying, sending of FAX, etc.
Watch & ward duties.
Opening & closing of rooms.
Cleaning of rooms.
Cleaning of buildings, fixtures, etc.
Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants, etc.
Any other work assigned by the superior authority
MTS Job Profile - Technical
The MTS Job Profile for technical posts needs specific skills.

Work related to ITI qualifications, if it exists.
Driving vehicles, only if they possess a valid driving license.
General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit.
Other non-clerical work in the Section/Unit.
