Manage Project and its related activities 2) Manage BU Progress Customer facing Solution Oriented. 3) Capable to take care of small team of Consultants+Associates+Trainee 4) Provide the expertise in Project and Support management when needed 5) Monitor and report all project activities to relevant stakeholder 6) Must have good management skills 7) Must be an expert on SAP PP/QM - Discrete and REM Processing 8) Knowledge of SAP MM WM SD FI CO modules Also to have: - Implement/Rollout & Support experience for SAP PP module including PP Customization activities - Exhibit good understanding on SAP PP Master data management like BOM Routing WC & Order Processing etc. - Expert knowledge in PP Shop Floor activities - Good Knowledge on SAP PP backend tables & initial debugging skills is an added advantage - Good Integration knowledge with other SAP other Modules like MM WM SD QM FI/CO - Good Knowledge on Interface integrations - Deep understanding of customizations for PP module - Well versed with SAP PP Reporting including customized reports as per business requirements. - Well versed in SAP PP Functional Testing (Regression & Non-Regression Testing) for Rollout/Upgrades - Exhibit capabilities in writing good Functional Specifications (FSD) for PP related Developments and own the delivery to Business along with the Technical (ABAP) Team Others : - Motivated candidates with good communication skills - Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues. - Understand the requirements and provide value-added suggestions - Rigorous and concerned by delivering high quality work in a challenging environment (multi-cultural) - Experience in Leading a Team from Offshore is an added advantage - Provide status reports for projects to management.
