**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Firmwide Business Resiliency team (“FBRT”) is within the Office of the CFO and is responsible for the design of the firm’s Resiliency Program including the requirements for Resiliency Planning, Testing, Reporting and Issue Management. The FBR group collaborates closely with the firm’s senior leadership, the LOB / Functional Resiliency teams, Risk Management and Audit to ensure that the resiliency program is commensurate with the risk-taking activities of the firm.

As a Business Resiliency Associate working in Reporting and Analysis Team in Mumbai, your role will be to support implementation of key initiatives around Innovation, Automation, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and deployment of Business Intelligence tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement Business Intelligence solutions to automate reporting. Design and develop the solutions to support the reporting, analytics business requirements and initiatives.
- Integrate Reporting into Data Warehouse and create Data Visualization and Analytics
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of the FBRT reporting process
- Engage in UAT testing, production readiness reviews and post-production deployment validations

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant demonstrated experience in automating reports.
- 7+ years of experience in a corporate environment preferably in Automation and Visualisation
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (VBA), PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau / Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.) and data manipulation tools (such as Python, Alteryx, Cognos)
- Working knowledge of relational databases, Datawarehouse concepts and SQL skills
- Experience working with agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Demonstrated experience in analysing processes and translating high level business requirements into detailed Jira stories
- Relation database knowledge
- Strong communication (Verbal/Written/Listening/Presentation); Team player and collaborative mindset toward partners.
- Data Wrangling: Able to query data from multiple sources, data ingestion, transformation, and manipulation/ aggregation.
- Data Mining: Identify insights and anomalies within data.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic, self-driven with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as on a team
