**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating print designs, social media content, and marketing collateral that align with brand aesthetics and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and promotions across various channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media platforms, and industry developments to continuously elevate our visual content.
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design ideation.
- Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work, with a young and trendy aesthetic.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction and feedback effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
