Male Social Worker

**About the Role**

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated **Male Social Worker** to join our team. The role is focused on providing social services and support to individuals, families, and communities in need. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and assist them in navigating challenges related to mental health, family dynamics, substance abuse, housing, and other social welfare concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Assessment and Case Management**:

- Conduct assessments of clients’ needs, circumstances, and strengths to create personalized care plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed, ensuring continuous improvement in client outcomes.
- Work with a range of clients, including those facing emotional, social, and financial challenges.
- **Counseling and Support**:

- Provide individual, group, or family counseling as needed, with a focus on building healthy coping mechanisms and improving quality of life.
- Assist clients in navigating complex social and economic issues, offering emotional and psychological support.
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate support, such as referrals for housing, healthcare, or emergency financial assistance.
- Manage high-risk situations, including domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health crises, by providing necessary interventions.
- **Community Outreach**:

- Engage with local community organizations, schools, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders to advocate for and connect clients to necessary resources.
- Foster relationships with local service providers to ensure clients have access to a full range of services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions, progress, and services provided in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports on client progress, outcomes, and relevant case documentation as required by law and organizational policies.
- **Education and Advocacy**:

- Educate clients on their rights and available social services, including housing, healthcare, education, and employment.
- Advocate for clients in various settings, such as healthcare, legal proceedings, and community meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related fields, particularly in case management and crisis intervention.
- **Licensure**: [Insert required licensure, if applicable, such as Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)].
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

**Working Conditions**
- Flexible work schedule (may include evening or weekend shifts).

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
