Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate printing and packaging machines according to production specifications.
- Load raw materials (such as paper, ink, film, or cartons) into machines and ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor machines during operation to detect and resolve malfunctions or quality issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running efficiently.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements, such as size, speed, and print alignment.
- Conduct quality checks on printed and packaged products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Keep records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean working area.
- Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other team members to achieve production targets.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Knowledge of die-cutting, laminating & embossing process.
- Experience operating printing or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of color matching, printing processes, and packaging standards.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
