Art and Design Coordinator

**What you’ll be doing**
- Oversee art programs to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Setting objectives and guidelines, conceptualizing plans, liaising with internal and external parties,
- Delegating tasks among staff and arranging various activities.
- Work on budget and control over project expenses.
- They also produce progress reports, coordinate with artists, and resolve conflicts should any arise.
- Focus on timelines and quality of the process, material, and final output.
- Sourcing, research and finding new collaborators, vendors, skill and knowledge partners
- Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with collections management and databases.
- Simultaneously organize and manage multiple, detailed projects.
- Passion for the arts and understanding of the local arts and culture industry.
- Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, designers, artists, artisans, and vendors.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
- Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
- Experience in public speaking, marketing, and public relations.
- Establish, maintain, and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with those contacted during work.

**Must Have**:

- Organize, manage and oversee all art-related activities
- Familiarity with Art & Design
- Develop and implement art strategies and plans
- Source new artists and suppliers
- Coordinate the design, production and delivery of art-related projects
- Maintain and update art databases
- Monitor and evaluate art projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, artists, stakeholders external parties.
- Provide technical support and advice
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in tight deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
