JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prior Experience:

- 2 to 6 years of experience in imparting technical training/ mentoring
- Must have powerful concepts of Data Analytics
- Must have good knowledge of Excel and Advanced Excel
- Should have basic knowledge of SAS
- Must have hands-on and training experience in Python, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, R Programming, Basics in Tableau

Job Responsibility:

- Deliver high-quality training that follows company methodology, and matches the skills required by the

corporate clients using an Online Training Platform
- Training experience in Data Analytics, Python, R Programming, SAS, Basic & advance excel, Artificial

Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps
- Enable the Counselor and Sales Officer to be more independent salespeople
- Manage the early assessment process and implement a growth plan for students, so their skills can meet

needs of the corporate clients
- Work with the Regional Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of

students
- Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities
- Engage with students and their parents and provide feedback on student’s progress and learning
- Work with the Training manager to incorporate student feedback into future processes and content
- Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization

**Salary**: ₹11,969.08 - ₹45,332.51 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- imparting technical training: 2 years (required)
- Data analysis skills: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
