Technician - Instrumentation

**Job Specification**:
**Qualification Required: ITI Instrumentation Trade**

**Experience**: 05 - 10 years

- Calibration of Field Instruments
- Calibration of Weigh Scale
- Maint. of EPABX & PA System
- Installation, commissioning, testing & calibration of following systems:

- PLC,SCADA,HMI system
- Computerized Data logging system
- Hot loop & cold loop Testing of Instrument panel, Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC system
- various sensors & transmitters like RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow transmitters and indicators, Pressure and Temperature gauges, DP type level transmitter, Ultrasonic level transmitter, Capacitance, Radar type level transmitters, Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter, Differential pressure Flow Transmitter etc
- EPABX communication system
- CCTV Surveillance system
- Weigh scales from 100KG to 2000Kgs
- Repairing & servicing of Solenoid & control valves
- Project execution work like Cable laying, Dressing, glanding & termination work
- Servicing of ON-OFF & Control Valve
- Responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
