**Experience: 1-3 years (BPO recruitment / Mandarin-speaking roles)**

**Location: Remote (Malaysia-based)**

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)**

Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for BPO or shared services clients

Deep understanding of the Mandarin-speaking talent market in Malaysia

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
