Delivery Boy/girl

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Associate to join our team in Thanjavur. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of farm fresh products and foods to our customers. Additionally, you will occasionally participate in promotional activities to enhance our brand presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver farm fresh products and foods to various locations within Thanjavur.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items while adhering to routing schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns during delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities as required, representing the company positively.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate payment collection for COD orders.
- Conduct basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues.
- Comply with all traffic and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Two wheeler must
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Thanjavur routes and local areas.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends.
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
