**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including:

- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Term Insurance
- Commercial Vehicle Insurance
- Private Vehicle Insurance
- Property Insurance
- Other types of general and customized insurance plans
- Identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
- Generate business through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Assist clients with policy documentation, renewals, and claims.
- Maintain records of client interactions and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated with insurance products, company policies, and market trends.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and financial markets.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated individual.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferably in Business, Finance, or Commerce).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or field marketing.

**Salary & Incentives**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- **Incentives**: Attractive commission and performance-based earnings, depending on your sales achievements.
