Fabrication Cantractor Peb

PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) fabrication contractor would outline the responsibilities, required skills, and experience for a role focused on manufacturing and assembling PEB structures. These roles often involve managing fabrication processes, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the installation of PEB components.
- Responsibilities:

- **Fabrication**:Overseeing the fabrication of PEB components (columns, beams, trusses, purlins, etc.) to meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring that all fabricated components are inspected and meet required quality standards, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Project Management**:Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components.
- **Equipment Management**:Maintaining and overseeing the use of fabrication equipment and machinery, ensuring proper operation and safety.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervising fabrication crews, providing training, and motivating employees to achieve production goals.
- **Safety Compliance**:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols in the fabrication shop to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Cost Management**:Tracking fabrication costs, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the fabrication process, ensuring mínimal delays and cost overruns.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining detailed records of fabrication processes, quality control checks, and safety procedures.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related field) or relevant technical diploma.
- **Experience**: Experience in steel fabrication, welding, and/or PEB construction.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings, understanding fabrication processes, and using fabrication software.
- **Management Skills**: Leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Safety Knowledge**: Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and best practices in a fabrication environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of PEB systems, materials, and construction

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
