Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
1. Act as an Executive Assistant for senior management and the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service at all times.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering personalized solutions.
3. Travel domestic/international along with senior management to meet business associates and for business development purposes.
4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to meet client needs and achieve customer targets.
5. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in a people-facing role, preferably in the fashion/aviation industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
