**Roles and Responsibilities**

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : Production schedule with the good quality and improving
- yield of all Sterile products.
- : Observe the cGMP by following SOPs, methodology,
- practices and procedures in the department.
- : Impart training and develop employees.
- : Compliance of safety in production area to prevent
- possible incident/accident.
- : Reduction of high COD effluents.
- : Reduction in Overtime and labour cost.
- : Responsible for dispatch activities as per market and
- customer requirement.
- : Responsible to maintain minimum Inventory of stocks like filters,
- Daily Consumables etc.
- : Responsible for validation activities.
- : Responsible for Quality Management systems related to Plant.
- : Responsible for effective Utilization of Man Power
- : Imparting training to Managers, Executives and technicians
- related to GMP and standard operating procedures and
- current sterile related guidelines.
- : Responsible for Safety of the personnel and
- equipments under the premises of sterile antibiotic plant.
- : Responsible to coordinate with inter departments like
- Quality Assurance department,
- : Quality control, engineering department, marketing
- department and purchase department for smooth
- : Functioning of the plant in day to day activities.
- : Responsible for making monthly reports, daily reports etc.
- : Responsible for review and approval of SOPs, BPRs,
- validation protocols and reports & etc.
- : Responsible for review and approval of any modification Works.
- : Responsible for performing trial batches to scale up
- batches for new products in coordination with Process
- Development Lab.
- : Responsible for Water conservation and energy conservation
- in the areas related to the Plants Sterile Antibiotic. Non-Sterile
- Antibiotic and Imparting awareness and importance about water
- conservation energy conservation to the employees of these
- plants with the help of EHS and Engineering Departments.
- : Responsible to reports all incidents, shuts down of
- equipments, as necessary.
- : Responsible to Micro dept. monitor the regular as
- well as audit related activity.
- : Responsible to take interviews in panel.
