**Motion Graphic Designer - Noida Sector 63(Immediate Joining)--Only Face to Face**
- **Working Time-12pm -9pm(Shift Timing)**:

- **5 Days of Working**

**[3+ years’ experience designing front end user interface Web solutions using Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver)]**

**Job Overview**:

- Keen eye for design & detail
- Familiarity with design software and technologies including Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe XD, and After effects).
- Create compelling and effective designs for digital/social media - Social Media Ad creatives, social media Posts, Banners, Social media reels, GIFs, etc.
- Has sound knowledge, understanding of the graphics technicalities -typography, golden ratio, color palettes, etc. and can implement the same in graphics.
- Familiar with basic level of Video Editing
- Cut, stitch, basic animation etc.
- Visual Story from the given brief and can think outside of the box.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
- Create and deliver motion graphics for various media.
- Create high impact designs, illustrations and highly engaging animations and videos.
- Work with editors, designers to resolve technical and \or design issues.
- Strong collaboration & communication skills

**What you will be required to do**:
**You Must Prior Experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as strong portfolio of sample project.**
- Understanding & translating client briefs, and help in defining, developing, and executing interactive design concepts across different formats such as social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, and more
- Create quality design work while sticking to the timelines
- Visualize and execute storylines, storyboards, frameworks, and end-to-end conceptualization across video formats
- Must know CSS3, HTML5ssion for solving problems and participate in creative conceptualization and brainstorming sessions, and have hands-on experience of content management systems
- Must be able to collect/understand requirements and design, explain, and negotiate feedback on wireframes and mockups
- Expert in user-centered design process, specifically related to accessibility and Web standards
- Experience working with WordPress Templates
