**Key Skills**:
**Roles**: To ensure consistent, smooth Regrow operations at hospital end. This position will be in direct contact with the patient and treating doctor. Staff Nurse will be a procedure expert who will assist the surgeon in product usage during the procedure. Staff nurse will also ensure that patient is well informed and educated about the procedure effectively counselling and solving all the queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- OT Procedure
- Attending Biopsy & Implant cases
- Helping doctor in product usage and trolley preparation
- Sterilization and calibration of instruments
- Operations & Admin
- Keeping stock of Regrow kits and timely checking the expiry
- Coordination with various dept in hospital such as accounts, nurses, doctors etc
- Patient Counselling
- Counselling patients about Regrow therapy
- Educating patients about the pre and post-surgery procedures
- Coordinating for tentative biopsy schedule
- Resolving or redirecting all type of queries related to procedure, commercial etc
- Excellent in-patient coordination
- Proficiency in local language
- Ability to interact at all levels in a hospital set up
