**Position Overview**:
As a Market Research Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the team by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the company better understand its target audience, competitors, and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Collection**: Assist in gathering market information from both primary and secondary sources, such as surveys, interviews, reports, and online databases. Support in designing and distributing surveys and questionnaires.
**- Data Analysis**: Clean, compile, and analyze data using tools like Excel, SPSS, or R. Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
**- Report Preparation**: Contribute to creating reports, charts, and presentations that summarize research findings. Present insights to supervisors and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
**- Competitor Analysis**: Assist in monitoring competitors’ activities, products, pricing, and market position. Compile comparative studies to identify gaps or opportunities in the market.
**- Industry Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements that may affect company operations. Stay updated on market dynamics to provide informed recommendations.
**- Market Strategy Support**:Collaborate with marketing, product development, and business development teams to offer data-driven recommendations. Assist in testing new products or marketing strategies through focus groups or pilot programs.

**Required Skills**:

- Analytical Thinking**:Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying trends and actionable insights.
**- Research Expertise**:Knowledge of various research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. Experience in collecting primary and secondary data.
**- Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting research findings. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**- Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, or Tableau, with a basic understanding of data visualization techniques.
**- Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
