**BI Tester Junior**

Location: Noida (Sector 142)

Type: FULL-TIME

Veratas is a custom software development company helping both startups and enterprises streamline and future-proof their analytics process. Our dedicated teams build user-centric, tailor-made solutions empowering clients to harness the power of the insights gathered from across the organization.

We are expanding our teams in India and hiring BI Tester to work in our product teams.

We are looking for:

- 2-5 years IT experience, including 2+ years in Cloud ETL Testing and Big data testing
- Knowledge of Microsoft tech stack preferred, other BI solutions knowledge is good to have
- Strong technical background (requirements analysis, architecture, design reviews exposure); detail-oriented & having problem solving abilities including experience with test automation assessment, strategy, management etc. (familiarity with DWH test tools/frameworks like Abinitio,

Hadoop, Scala, Spark etc.)
- Very good experience in analysing the data and good in tuning the SQL queries
- Good knowledge of snowflake services layers; need very strong data (ETL/DWH/SQL), Reporting, and analytics testing skills and background,
- Good knowledge of the architecture of Snow Flake, its different layers, and behaviours
- Should have knowledge of Python and UNIX scripting and knowledge of spark framework
- Programmatically test the product, measure test coverage, and drive test-ability and diagnostic ability into the product, while promoting best practices in quality areas
