**Job Overview**:
Soft Services Executive will be a part of onsite facility management team for a reputed client in Panchkula and will be responsible for overall maintenance of facility.

**Responsibilities**

1. Overall responsible for the housekeeping of the entire site.

2. Vendor coordination to ensure manpower availability as per contract.

3. Implementation of SOPs.

4. He/she will assist the Estate Manager in all day-to-day soft services issues

5. Co-ordinate with vendors/contractors for outsourced House Keeping activities.

6. Responsible for reconciliation of housekeeping chemical/ housekeeping material, stock, and consumption.

7. Ensure that housekeeping machines and tools are kept in the operational state.

**Required Skillset**:

- Graduate in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management
- Required Chemical & Machinery Knowledge
- Proficiency in Computers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
