**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in the store.
- **Stock Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive and verify incoming goods based on delivery orders, ensuring the quality and quantity match the order specifications.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Regularly check the stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Keep accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Maintain and update inventory reports regularly.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Assist customers by providing product information or guiding them with their purchase needs (if applicable).
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- **Stock Audits**:

- Participate in regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during audits.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that store operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow proper procedures for stock handling and storage to prevent accidents.
