**The company is hiring for the position of 3P Procurement Executive and the expectation & responsibilities of this role are as follows**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for signing the right mix of sellers, building relationships with top brands and vendors, adding unique local selection, identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top-notch customer experience. Coordinate with partners, and vendors to track the adherence to project processes and ensure 100% compliance on all the compliances and SLAs as per contract.**:

- **Add on new vendors and categories proactively by constantly improving quality, cost and delivery terms with vendors across India.**:

- **Ensure standardization of products, processes and prices and use a data-driven approach to arrive at decisions to inventory.**:

- **Ensure 100% compliance with taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables, and periodic reconciliation with vendors.**:

- **Facilitate regular updating of project performance and coordinate with internal teams like procurement, commercials and site team to facilitate support for project implementation.**:

- **Create monthly reports to track the performance of 3P sellers on the platform and various marketplaces**:

- **Maintain vendor data in vendor management databases to ensure they contain accurate information.**:

- **Support vendors to make effective use of procurement facilities and provide support to sales in pre-sales and post-sales activities during production to ensure that all customer requirements are met**:

- **Ensure all appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) are signed to comply with all procurement regulations.**:
