**About Us**

**Job Summary**

As a UI/UX Design Mentor (Captain), you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our mentees to become successful UI/UX Designers Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver sessions, explain complex concepts.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Delivering Engaging Sessions: Conduct sessions and workshops, covering various aspects of UI/UX, Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance their understanding.
- Clearing Doubts: Provide insightful explanations, and offer guidance to ensure a clear understanding of UI/UX concepts and strategies.
- Assessing Assignments: Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the assignments submitted by mentees. Help them identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their skills.
- Mentorship and Support: Foster a supportive and friendly mentorship relationship with mentees. Offer career guidance, share industry insights, and inspire them to excel in their UI/UX Design journey.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in UI/UX Design: Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience (2 to 5 years) in various domains like Designing Mobile Apps. along with expertise in tools like Figma, Colour theory, Typograph, illustration, Imagery and UI Laws,
- Passion for Mentoring: Demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding aspiring UI/UX Designers. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire others are key qualities we seek in our Captains.

**Salary**: ₹12,154.15 - ₹58,160.01 per month
