**Job Brief**

We are looking for Performance (PPC) Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our Marketing team. PPC specialists play a major role in daily marketing operations related to digital marketing. One of their core responsibilities is to design and build PPC campaigns for internal and external clients. Creating a paid search campaign is a multifaceted process that incorporates several different skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The main duties of an PPC specialist include:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels (Meta/Google/Telegram/Twitter/Other Social platforms)
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Effectively monitor their campaigns, manage budget, and ensure profitability
- Provide value to their customers by analyzing the results of online advertising campaigns and optimizing them to improve conversions
- Identifying conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities that may improve campaign performance. CRO opportunities involve modifying landing pages and require skills in web development and graphic design or CRO software
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

**Requirements & Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business
- Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
- Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
