Post: Middle Wing Coordinator (6 to 10 Class)

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation

**Salary**: 20k to 25K in hand

Job description:
1. Overseeing the academic and co-curricular activities for students in the middle wing (Classes 6 to 10)

2. Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum guidelines

3. Monitoring student progress and performance, providing guidance, and implementing interventions as needed

4. Organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and activities for students to enhance their learning experience

5. Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and students to address any issues or concerns

7. Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students in the middle wing

8. Supporting the school leadership in implementing policies and initiatives to improve student outcomes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree

Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or coordination role

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of curriculum development and pedagogical best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents

Understanding of child development and educational psychology principles
