Mangalam Autoworld Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, is looking for a skilled and experienced **Bodyshop Advisor** to join our Bijnor dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with bodyshop-related concerns.
- Conduct damage inspections and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Manage job cards and repair schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with insurance representatives, technicians, and spare parts departments.
- Ensure timely repair completion and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional service standards.
- Ensure bodyshop area compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Help achieve service targets and overall operational efficiency.
- Minimum **4 years of experience** as a Bodyshop Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Sound knowledge of body repair processes and insurance claims handling.
- Proficient in DMS systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- A customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
