Main Back Office Executive Responsibilities are
- 1. Run social media campaigns and analyze the same

2. Maintains our social media presence and run WhatsApp campaigns

3. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

5. Record, maintain and transfer marketing leads to sales team generated across platforms

6. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

7. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

8. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

9. Secondary market research

10. Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

11. Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
