**Exciting Opportunity**

We’re hiring passionate **Female Educational Counselors** for **Vibgyor Ace** (Airoli-Navi Mumbai) to guide and support students pursuing the Science stream and competitive exams like **IIT-JEE, NEET**, etc.
**Immediate joiners preferred**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive admissions **by converting student leads to meet weekly/monthly targets.
- **Make calls to the provided database **of students and parents to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
- **Engage with students and parents, **building strong relationships through personalized interactions and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)**, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to parents.
- Plan and execute **marketing activities** within the assigned region to enhance visibility and increase student enrollment.
- Coordinate fee collection, ensure syllabus completion, manage timetables, monitor student attendance, and track performance.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and coordinate with teachers and school administrators while liaising with the school principal.

- Empathetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities effectively
- Age: 21-40 years

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate with experience (education sector experience is a plus)

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
- **Working Hours**: 7:00/8:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM, 6 days a week
- **Training**: Provided
