**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Allocate receipts, reconcile accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with the sales and customer service teams.
- Prepare and send customer account statements, reminders, and dunning letters.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and communications.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address billing issues or disputes.
- Generate aging reports and other credit control MIS for management review.
- Recommend accounts to be handed over to legal/collections agencies if necessary.
- Assist in improving internal processes related to credit control and collections.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of credit control procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles.
- Certification in credit management or accounting (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
