Associate Dentist

Patient Care: Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and oral infections. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Procedures: Perform dental procedures including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, implants, and other restorative treatments.
Examinations: Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, take x-rays, and assess patients' overall dental health to develop individualized treatment plans.
Cosmetic Dentistry: Provide cosmetic dental services such as teeth whitening, veneers, and orthodontic consultations, depending on the clinic's offerings.
Supervision: Oversee dental assistants and hygienists, guide them in preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and billing information.
Skills Needed
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental procedures, diagnostic techniques, and the use of dental equipment, including x-ray machines and dental lasers.
Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands for precise work in small areas.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care to patients. A good chairside manner is essential for building patient trust.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex dental issues and create effective treatment plans. Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and work effectively with the dental team, including assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
