**Job Title: IT Support Executive - IT Hardware, Billing & Mobility SIM management**

**Location: Jaipur**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. IT Hardware Support**
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (faulty RAM, hard drives, motherboard, etc.) and coordinate for repair/replacement.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and system upgrades.
- Maintain inventory records of all IT hardware assets.
- installation, configuration, and relocation of hardware during office shifts or new setups.

**2. IT Services Billing & Documentation**
- Track and manage billing for IT services such as broadband, leased lines, software services etc.
- Review and verify vendor invoices against actual service usage and contracts.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all IT services agreements, renewal dates, and billing cycles.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team to ensure timely processing of payments and TDS reconciliation.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on IT expenses and usage trends.

**3. Mobile SIM Management**
- Manage issuance, activation, and deactivation of company mobile SIM cards and data services.
- Track SIM card allocation to employees and maintain updated user records.
- Monitor mobile usage, international roaming activations as per policy.
- Coordinate with telecom providers (Jio, Airtel, Vodafone etc.) for new connections, billing disputes, or service escalations.
- Ensure compliance with KYC documentation and regulatory requirements for telecom connections.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- troubleshooting skills in hardware support and IT devices.
- Basic understanding of billing procedures and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of mobile device management and telecom billing practices.
