Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead data.
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs (IIT-JEE/NEET/Foundation).
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools with proper call logs and outcomes.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with academic counselors or center heads for offline enrollments or escalations.
- Resolve basic queries related to fees, batches, faculty, and class schedules.
- Provide post-admission support if needed (orientation reminders, feedback collection, etc.).
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
