**Job Title: Full-Time Digital Marketing Trainer**

**Location**: Hindustan Information Technology & Management Institute (HITMI), Borivali, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time, In-Person

We are expanding our offerings and seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who can effectively deliver high-quality training to students both online and offline.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Digital Marketing Courses**: Deliver comprehensive digital marketing training through both online and offline formats.
- **Develop Curriculum**: Design and continually improve an industry-relevant curriculum that covers all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO to social media, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.
- **Stay Updated**: Regularly update course materials to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- **Industry Exposure**: Leverage industry experience to provide practical insights, and arrange expert guest lectures and workshops.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance and provide guidance to ensure successful skill acquisition.
- **Support Student Growth**: Mentor students in digital marketing career paths and help with project-based learning for hands-on experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a teaching or training role.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiar with the latest digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other automation and analytics tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage students and simplify complex topics.
- **Industry Network**: Ability to arrange guest speakers and industry experts to enrich students' learning experience.
- **Passion for Teaching**: Strong desire to inspire and guide the next generation of digital marketers.
