Whether it’s behind the scenes in production or on display in-store, N Square represents the future of accessible, fashionable living. **Position Summary**: We are looking for a talented and driven **Content Creator + Graphic Designer** to elevate N Square’s brand presence across digital and physical platforms. This hybrid creative role involves designing visually impactful content and crafting compelling narratives that highlight our product lines, manufacturing strengths, wholesale offerings, and boutique experiences. **Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design** - Design marketing materials: look books, catalogs, banners, product packaging, and signage - Design promotional assets for both B2B (wholesale) and B2C (retail and boutique) channels - Edit and retouch product and model photography for e-commerce and advertising **Content Creation** - Develop engaging social media content (photos, reels, stories, captions) aligned with marketing campaigns - Write product descriptions, promotional copy, and blog-style content showcasing collections and brand stories - Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create content that highlights our manufacturing process and wholesale capabilities - Stay up-to-date on fashion and retail trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative **Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or branding (fashion industry preferred) - Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design and content writing skills - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva - Experience in photography and video editing is a plus - Excellent communication and time management skills **Preferred Skills**: - Familiarity with garment manufacturing or B2B marketing - Basic SEO and social media analytics knowledge - Ability to work across print and digital formats - Creative thinking and a passion for fashion storytelling **What You’ll Gain**: - A key creative role in a growing multi-division fashion business - Opportunities to shape brand voice across wholesale, retail, and boutique channels - Exposure to the full fashion production pipeline — from concept to consumer - Employee discounts, a collaborative environment, and room for professional growth **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Quarterly bonus Application Question(s): - "Can you walk us through a content campaign you created from start to finish — including the concept, design elements, copywriting, and the results it achieved (engagement, conversions, etc.)?
