Salary**:₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month**

We are looking for a **dedicated Production Supervisor** who can ensure smooth factory operations, maintain quality standards, and help us achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Production Management**:

- Deliver daily production targets as per the production plan
- Ensure all products meet the required safety and quality standards

**2. Manpower Handling**:

- Efficiently allocate available manpower to different workstations
- Monitor workers' productivity during the shift

**3. Reporting & Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate production reports
- Track daily production output and update production capacity records

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all finished goods strictly follow quality protocols
- Conduct random checks to catch defects early and initiate corrective action
- Retired Defence Services Personnel or Retired Government Employees are highly preferred
- Minimum **1 year of work experience** in a production or manufacturing setup (preferred)
- Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a team efficiently and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Comfortable commuting or relocating to Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commute or relocate to **Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh** before joining (mandatory)
- Minimum basic education with practical knowledge of production handling
- Physically fit and mentally alert to handle day-to-day factory activities
