- Present products/services, handle complaints, and address customer doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential/existing customers using scripts.
- Address customer questions about products/services.
- Understand customer needs to close sales.
- Refer prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Update customer details in the database.
- Process orders accurately and handle grievances effectively.
- Strive to meet sales quotas and record useful information from calls.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
- Track record of meeting sales targets via phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and resilient to rejection.
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
