The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analysing data related to garment production, inventory, and sales. This role requires proficiency in Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse data entry tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets related to garment inventory, production schedules, sales records, and other relevant information.
- **Data Management**: Organize and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Create and manage spreadsheets for various departments, including inventory management, production planning, and sales tracking.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports and dashboards based on data analysis, including inventory levels, production status, sales performance, and other key metrics. Assist in preparing reports for management and other stakeholders.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Assist in interpreting data and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and recommend improvements to data entry processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Merchandising, Design, R&D, supply chain, and sales, to gather and verify data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless data flow.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support as needed, including organizing and maintaining digital and physical records, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant coursework in Data Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with other data management software is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles, preferably within the garment or fashion industry.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
