**What You will do Everyday?**
- Support the Head Treasury in the establishment of policies for treasury operations and fund management for the organization
- Interface and establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in banks/ financial institutions/ Mutual Fund Houses
- Responsible for effective investment management in line with the prescribed treasury policy to obtain the budgeted return from investment
- Identify optimum resource raising options in line with the established treasury policy
- Responsible for managing short term and long term fund management activities as per policy and requirement which would include
- Active coordination with banks as and when required to ensure in-time fund availability at optimal costs
- Preparation of various proposals and information memoranda for the purpose of resource raising; response to queries from potential lending agencies, in a timely manner
- Management of fund disbursal by the lender; ensure compliance to post disbursement compliance conditions
- Responsible for ensuring higher level of cash visibility across regions (for e.g. reconciliation of funds provided to region vis-à-vis expenses)
- Bank Guarantee Management ie. Issuance, cancellation ,extensions, reporting and charges accounting
- Month end / quarter end and year end closing treasury related accounting and reporting
- Automation of Treasury activities to smoothen the process
- Responsible for effectively deployment of surplus funds post analysis of various investment opportunities for better return on investments
- Interface and liaison with the banks on a regular basis to ensure adherence to timelines set for treasury operations (i.e. in terms of timelines for ensuring queries related to the Banks are cleared for bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Manage and ensure investment (including management of FX, and Interest Rate Exposure for the business in line with prescribed treasury policy Responsible for timely preparation of reports on fund management and submission of the same to the Head Treasury
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances in the conduct of all treasury operations
- Responsible for the management of insurance policies; Ensure timely payment of premium against all insurance policies

- Adherence to timelines set for treasury operations (i.e. in terms of timelines for ensuring queries related to the Banks are cleared for bank reconciliation, etc.)

- Adherence to treasury policy / Number of cases of non-compliance to treasury policy

**6.**Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances
- Number of instances of non-compliances observed in statutory and internal audit

7.Ensure effective insurance management
- Adherence to timelines for purchase/ renewal of insurance policies and claim handling

8.Effective accounting of Remittances
- Accounting of Remittances received in HO Central pool a/c and keep the management apprised of collection v/s target collection for specific period.
