**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CA Internship Executive to join our finance team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting under the guidance of qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs). This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the finance sector while contributing to the team’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting in Accounting**: Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other accounting reports.
- **Taxation Support**: Assist in preparing tax returns, tax filings, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- **Audit Assistance**: Help in auditing financial records, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights into financial performance and budgeting.
- **Documentation & Filing**: Maintain organized files and records for auditing and financial reporting purposes.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and provide timely support on financial matters.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements and industry standards in all financial activities.
- **Learning and Development**: Participate in internal training sessions and learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- **Supporting the Team**: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the senior finance team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA) course with at least [X] years completed in your academic program.
- Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Previous internship experience in finance or accounting (optional).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyze financial data.
- Understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
