Graphic Designer Intern

The **Alpha Agency**, a creative marketing agency based in Gurugram, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with experience in motion graphics to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs across various platforms, including brand identity, social media, web UI/UX, product packaging, and video editing. **Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing and innovative designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brand identity assets, social media graphics, web UI/UX elements, product packaging, and other collateral.

**Motion Graphics**: Develop engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance brand storytelling and create impactful video content for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.

**Brand Identity**: Work closely with the creative team to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across various touch-points, ensuring that all designs align with the brand guidelines and convey the desired message.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and marketing professionals, to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative concepts, and ensure cohesive execution of design projects.

**Video Editing**: Edit and assemble raw footage, add graphics, effects, and transitions to create high-quality videos that effectively communicate the intended message and align with the brand's visual identity.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the highest level of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables. Conduct thorough reviews to identify and resolve any design issues or inconsistencies.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency or similar environment. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is required.

**Graphic Design Skills**: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.

**Motion Graphics Expertise**: Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics.

**Creativity**: A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and motion graphics projects. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, push creative boundaries, and deliver visually stunning designs.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design elements, layouts, and brand guidelines.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas and concepts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
