**About the Role**:
You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing strategists to execute SEO campaigns for both B2B and B2C brands, contributing directly to business growth through strategic search engine optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement robust SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Create SEO roadmaps and monthly action plans.

**On-Page Optimization**
- Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and page structure.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all web pages.
- Collaborate with developers to improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.

**Off-Page Optimization**
- Build and maintain a clean, high-quality backlink profile using ethical white-hat techniques.
- Develop link-building campaigns including guest blogging, outreach, citations, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlinks and remove toxic links regularly.

**Technical SEO**
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site architecture, etc.).
- Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup (structured data).
- Resolve technical issues such as broken links, redirects, duplicate content, etc.

**Content Collaboration & Optimization**
- Work with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
- Perform content gap analysis and optimize for target keywords and search intent.
- Implement topic clustering and interlinking strategies.

**Reporting & Analytics**
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Generate detailed SEO reports with insights, KPIs, and action items.
- A/B test SEO changes and measure impact.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO algorithms, SERP features, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS (WordPress), and basic JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
