**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, illustrations, marketing materials, social media assets, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all platforms and materials.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal communications.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of videos.
- Collaborate with content creators and producers to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- **Multimedia Content Creation**:

- Develop multimedia content that combines graphic design elements with video footage to create engaging and impactful visuals.
- Experiment with different techniques and styles to produce innovative and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to brainstorm ideas and execute creative projects.
- Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas for visual content strategies and campaigns.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all graphic designs and video edits, including proofreading and reviewing final deliverables for errors or inconsistencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects in both areas.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Creativity**:

- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs and videos.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with a focus on delivering high-quality, visually engaging content.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design and video projects.
- **Time Management**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Education**:
A degree or certification in graphic design, multimedia arts, film production, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and demonstrated skills are paramount.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
