**Purpose of the Job**:

- To build the network of A listed hospitals in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Hyderabad.
- The hospital network will give access to discounted hospitalization and other services to the international

patients though the Solis subscription plan of Pinnacle.
- The network will also be a feeder to the existing network for the domestic members (Beacon Plan).
- Initiate discussions with hospitals to close out the MOU for referral (International)
- Agree to a targeted Empanelment number per Quarter and deliver
- Responsible to get the MoUs signed with the hospitals
- Maintain complete documentation of the hospital network.
- Follow ups with hospitals to sign the MoU
- Maintain fille for documentation of the agreements and assist during Audit
- Should be a team player and able to coordinate with other departments
- Ability to work independently or in a team.

**Technical Qualification**

Graduate/ Post Graduate any

Experience
- 2 to 4 years

Human Resources - Solis Health

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Good in documentation

2+ years

Degree
- Any graduate or post graduate

**Job Responsibility**:

- Should be a team player and able to coordinate with other departments
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Good to have Kannada speaking skills

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
