**Required CNC Operator**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup**:Preparing CNC machines for production by installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Programming and Adjustments**:Making necessary adjustments to machine parameters (speeds, feeds, offsets) and potentially performing basic CNC programming to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
- **Quality Control**:Conducting first-piece inspections and using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify that parts meet quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving issues that arise during machine operation, minimizing downtime and maintaining production flow.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine checks on machines, maintaining tooling inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with programmers, operators, and other team members to optimize production and meet deadlines.
- **Safety**:Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of CNC machine operation, tooling, and programming concepts.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- **Problem-Solving**: Aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues and finding solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- **Communication Skills**: Effectively communicating with team members and reporting issues.
- **Experience**: Typically requires several years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
- **Qualification**:ITI/Diploma holder can be apply
